Some project information is accessed and processed by our delivery team located outside the United Arab Emirates. We will confirm the location on request.
All personnel, in every location, work under written confidentiality agreements. Project information is held in access controlled cloud systems with permissions set per project, and access is removed when an engagement ends.
6. Who we share information with
We never sell your personal information.
Information is shared only where necessary:
- With employees and contracted personnel delivering your project.
- With cloud storage, email, accounting and hosting providers.
- With suppliers, consultants or authorities where authorised by you.

- Website enquiries are retained for 12 months unless they become a client engagement.
- Client project material is held for the duration of the engagement and for three years after completion so that we can answer queries and meet record keeping obligations. Where you require project material to be deleted at the end of an engagement, tell us in writing and we will confirm deletion, subject to any records we are legally required to retain or that we need to retain to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
- Accounting and tax records are retained in accordance with UAE legal requirements.
